“It was easy to book online and the emails received afterwards were informative and helpful, helping us prepare for the event. We arrived on time and staff were friendly and professional. We were assisted into our harnesses and driven up to the tower. As we were being hooked up to the zipline we were talked through what we needed to do before setting off. It was over very quickly but was an exhilarating experience. Coming into land was a bit bumpy as the brake kicked in but staff were on hand to assist us out of our harnesses.
