He had us walking enormous distances -- across 2 bridges, and through 2 markets without doing any commentary or explanation. He didn't manage to engage any of the children in any conversation or discussion about what happened in amy of the books -- mentioned only the movies. he mentioned the he was not a regular guide on this tour -- which was quite apparent !1 I feel that we wasted quite a lot of money and time. I would never use your booking service again,…”
